It is wonderful to hear from you. Thank you for reaching out and thank you for the great input. It is very helpful.

We are beginning to dig in with the investigator. Also, I have called a leadership meeting to talk through Cherin's and your good emails to us and how we will work with all of this important input alongside the investigative process that is now underway.

We so desire to care for the victims, both known and unknown. I deeply appreciate your patience, and especially Cherin's patience, as have been learning how to do this well.
