Here's the proposed agenda and Zoom link for the team zoom call I texted about earlier today.

Please read through it all and note any questions, concerns, or where things aren't clear and bring your notes to our meeting ;).

    • Nov email - didn't involve a 3rd party, Chancellor did say it was needed and we were moving in that direction. lack of communication on our process in how we're moving things.

  • How do we handle "confidentiality" and keeping accurate record of what's said in this meeting so that weeks or months down the road we can go back if needed. Concerned with Joanna keeping facts straight in a very emotional time and situation

  • Do we record this Zoom

  • Talk through how to respond to J-team possible push back points, areas they want more answers to, etc and how we respond
